Directors: Michael & Lucy founded this ministry in 1997, with an urgency to mentor young students to be used of God. They both quickly adopted creative methods in sharing the Gospel such as: illustrated messages, dramas, stage lighting, pyro’s (special effects) and video sermon aids. Michael is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and has two wonderful daughters: Lauren & Kristin. |

Tania Castro serves as our video Director of Impact Now. Tania is a graduate in Comunications from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Tania is also a wonderful preacher and posses superb leadership qualities.

Letty Aragonez serves as an instructor of Impact Now. This dynamic, credentialed minister is a brilliant communicator of the Gospel. Her straight-forward style and bold demeanor delivers an effective presentation of the Word. Letty is a graduate of Latin American Bible Institute. |

Diana Medina serves as the Educational/ Student Ministries Director. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and is a Certified Bilingual Teacher of Texas and in the process of getting her doctorate in ministry. |

Mario Romo serves as the Media Director for Impact Now. He is a graduate of the two-year nine month IN9 internship. He has a degree in computer programming and web design. He seeks to become a youth pastor in the future and be a dynamic preacher writing three or four books in his lifetime. |

Janie Valedez serves as the Girls Director/ Promotions Coordinator. She is a graduate of the Impact Now 9-month internship program. Janie is passionately driven to serve the Lord as she enters into full-time youth ministry to develop strong spiritual leaders for this generation.
